CARE’s Walk in Her Shoes

Challenge: create a peer-to-peer fundraising walk highlighting programs that are global in scope with the need to display them in a local, festival setting.

Solution: a full-day fundraising walk on the Atlanta Beltline with global representatives from all six of CARE’s pillars of work to educate, inform, and increase CARE’s supporter base, all while raising funds and creating community.

Atlantans walked two miles along the BeltLine on Saturday, March 3, 2018, to bring greater awareness to women and girls who live in crisis every day around the world, during CARE's #WalkInHerShoes event at the Historic Fourth Ward Park.
